Myntra.com — Refund of money 25 th March 2023

I placed an order to myntra.com on, 25th March 2023. Order did not placed money got debited. I called so many times to customer care but they didn't resolve my problem till now. I want to complain about my issue in this forum regarding my money. Please take action to Myntra.com for cheated customer about money.

Sending description:
BOI UPI -VPA [protected]@oksbi linked to Bank of India a/c XX5291 debited Rs.3664.00 and credited to [protected]@icici -Ref[protected]
