Myntra.com — refund of myntra credits

. Forcing a customer to purchase only from myntra after return or exchange. There must be a provision to transfer myntra credits to bank account on return of a product.

I have around 2000 in my myntra credits and do not wish to purchase items anymore. I have asked myntra to refund the money bank onto my into but they are not doing so. I would want my amount to be credited to the bank account registered with myntra.
