Complaint marked as Resolved I kept on calling the myntra customer care and they were giving me more and more dates .And they were not even acknowledging the issue properly . There was no sync between the emails they were sending and what the customer care was saying.During the whole time they were just blaming the delivery associates.After trying for more then 2 weeks finally i registered complaint with national consumer complaint number and on this platform. After that my issue got resolved - the pickup of wrong item was finally successful and the amount got refunded.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
