Hello Sir/Madam
Through Myntra online shopping Mobile App, I had ordered footwear on 14th Feb 2017 from "Mast & Harbour" company and price is 1104.59 which was delivered to my office address on 15th Feb 2017. I logged return request with the defective product reason yesterday on 20th Feb 2017 as I was on official leave for 3 days. I got product where the base sole is defective.
Myntra executive asked me to send a mail with defective product image. Myntra executive had also confirmed that defect. I requested to retuen my money as I don't want such defective product. After several mails and waiting process now they have denied to return my money withour giving any reason which is a kind of cheating with customer trust and a kind of Mental harassment.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
