Myntra.com — regarding missing component and wrong delivery | |||
I have placed one order from myntra application of jaipuri kurti including plazo. When the product was delivered on 2nd april i found the plazo is missing and the color of the kurti is also different. I have instantly contacted myntra for the same and i have been called to mail the same issue. I have mailed them with all the details on 2nd april. They promised they will bring the output in 3 days. After reaching to them on 3rd day i have been called the requested destination is not eligible for pickup service so i have to courier the same. My question is delivery of the wrong product, missing component and still customer need to suffer? I don't know how many times i have contacted to the customer executives and every time i got different answer. First i have been told return the product, Then another told me to wait for some time, Then i have been told that please return the product your product will be picked up, Then i have been told that please don't return as you also have complaint of missing component and today again i have got the mail to return the product.
