Myntra.com — regarding money refund

I bought some product from myntra online shopping store on 22nd of december and money was withdrawn from my account but then i cancelled it due to some personal reasons but money was not refunded back. Then i called myntra customer care, it is telling that your money is with bank and bank is telling money is with myntra. And now both are just wasting my time demanding time for investigation from more than one month.

Updated by Aashi@ The first amount which can be seen deducted from my account to myntra but the order was not placed only the second one was placed
