Dear myntra,

I have received product from myntra which is used and irrelevant of ordered product. Hence, i have put return request for same and registered complaint via myntra customer care. According to courier person, they need special approval in this case whereas material is dispatched by myntra itself then why they need approval.

I have placed return request on 1st june 2018 and still waiting for approval till 4 june 2018.

Kindly accept product and provide refund amount.

Updated by dhanraj1990 On 6 th June they are refused to accept product they have sent me which is used by someone else.

Kindly update the same or else i will file FIR against myntra.
