Myntra.com — regarding the returning of items

Please refer to the last messages in the attached images here where i was informed that the pickup would be done the very next day after cancellation.
This is getting really worse!!
I trust myntra for their quality but this pickup issue is worsening the relation with one of your customer.

I calling customer care so many times but to no effect.

I would be highly obliged if this issue is solved asap
