Myntra.com — request a refund for the payment made twice

Date of incident: 04.06.2020

On 03 jun 2020 i placed order for "men olive green & yellow checked regular fit green casual shirt by roadster" through myntra app i have opted payment at the time of delivery (Cod/card payment).
I received the package on 04 jun 2020. We made the payment of rs.714/-through gpay which was debited from my indian bank account but was not credited to myntra account. Hence the delivery guy asked for the re-payment of the package. We made a second payment for the same trough amex credit card but yet again they did not receive the payment as their server was down. Then i showed him the debit statement from both the accounts for the said transaction.
Since then i have tried contacting myntra support numerous times, i have also emailed them (With all the supporting documents) and have raised ticket on their support group.
But i am not getting a favorable response from the myntra support team. It has been more than a month since my refund of rs.714/- has not been initiated at myntra's end. Still they are looking into my complaint but no action has been taken yet.
I am tired of numerous follow ups. Each time their standard responses is "complaint has been raised and our team is working on that. I request you to kindly allow xyz hours more we will get back to you with an update."
But no one responds to me after the given time hours have lapsed.
This has been happening now for more than a month which has left me frustrated with the customer support team of myntra.
I am not even sure of the status of the ticket that i have raised.
