[Resolved]  Myntra.com — return complaint towards quality issue

Dear Sir, I have purchased through Myntra online 2 pairs of FILA Fila Men Cicadeo White Casual Shoes vide my order no.21385711 since 20days passed & both pair were damaged with in 2 days use, I have lodged the complaint for return as well as refund both used pairs more then 10 time. 1 pair is uplifted by myntra team & also refunded the fund but another pair is still lying with me. again & again they demand for damaged product photographs, I have also send all photos perhaps 4 time. I am feeling guilty to deal with Myntra.com to purchased the product, only cheating & fraud with citizens . I request to help to solve the matter by return this damaged product & arrange to refund the payment which i have already paid. Mahendra Bhati [protected]
