Myntra.com — Return failing due to Product Quality Check Failed

I had ordered one dress ( Moda Rapido Navy Blue dress). Due to the slowness, by mistake ordered it 3 times of similar size.
The product was supposed to get delivered in 1 day, so by the time i realized, couldn't cancel the products.

I was out of town for some days, so the delivery person couldn't reach me and product was delivered to the security guard.

After returning to home, immediately returned the products without even opening it . I didn't even open the packet to check the products as i had to return them. So there is no option of misplacement of any tag or of being used or damaged from my end.

The products were picked up in similar state as they were delivered. But got message for one of the item that "Put on-hold" as it "Failed to pass the quality check".

I tried to reach customer care multiple times and they informed that return request declined as Quality check failed and they can't help further in this.

I keep on saying the packages were not even opened, so there is no chance o[censored]sing the product or hamper the quality. All the similar product returned as it was immediately after my return. I can provide more details of my travelling and product delivery and return time .

I have been a regular online customer and very careful about all these requirements and never faced this issue earlier. I didn't open the packet and do the quality check. So what if defective product was delivered to me at 1st place.

This is not acceptable. Why on earth, i ll loose my money for some1 else's mistake. If the product is really defective, definitely, i received defective piece which was given by you.

I want my money back ! How will i trust you in future and order. The return can be failed for simply quality check and ll be informed that nothing can be done in this.

Again, i haven't opened the packet and used the product, so won't accept this. I want the refund.
