Worst customer care and delivery executives.. Tried returning a parcel and they just refused to come to the location.. The delivery executives lied on the phone saying they were on the way but never turned up. One of the parcel is still in transit for a month now.. And the worse part it while delivering another parcel of the same order they didn't even take the replacement parcel. Now i have lost my money as they say i cannot return the parcel.. Pathetic service.. order number[protected]-7937403
