Myntra.com — Return kept on hold

Hi Team,

I have bought Fit flops from myntra .., the product which was delivered is colour and model is different and I immediately called myntra for assistance on the order, they took the request and said to wait for 7 business days and I waited and now they are saying sorry we could not help you on the return ..! And there is not even price tag in the box .. this ridiculous ..Kindly please logge a complaint on this myntra not resolving the customers complaint and giving the resolution..order ID[protected]-4342601,
