Myntra.com — Return No. 3420992 Rejected

Hi, my complaint is about return rejected by saying that the product is used. order no. 25400421. I have personally checked only the size & repack immediately & intimate to myntra after several reminders they didn't pickup even they cancel the return request again I update the return request on Myntra site. I have returned 2 shoes packed together as per rule but pickup boy has separated the boxes. Now for the said order no. I got a mail that these shoes are used. I want to know how it is because I have checked & packed personally. As per Myntra they have dispatched the shoe again but I have refused to receive. THE BEST PART IS NO SENIOR PEOPLE INTERVEEN INTO THIS. This is not fare & if you not refund my money I will lodge a complaint in Consumer form.
