Order placed and received on 15th Oct . Received wrong product ( incorrect colour ). Set up return for the same as didn't have time for exchange . impossible to get in touch with customer care .
raised online complaint through app . disgusting service even there . the complaint was ' CLOSED' stating 'RESOLVED', saying the return product is not same as ordered (quality check failed ) .
i mean what the hell, you are talking about . myntra has sent me an incorrect product ( with colour ) and now not setting up return putting it on to me about this not being the colour order. this is a cyber fraud straight away . i got a call after 12 days from a donkey ( named Mahendra ) of that company, who disconnected the line because i was fuming after spending 34 minutes on phone . i not only demand my refund, i should be compensated for the time and harrasment i have gone through
