I had bought a big carpet from Myntra and since the colour delivered was not as described, I placed the Request for Return the very next day . The return was supposed to be picked by DELHIVERY agents and next day a guy came on a Two wheeler to pick up and was unable to transport it on a two wheeler and informed me that this return needs a four wheeler and he will come next day with a four wheeler and updated as customer not reachable.
Next day again I get the message from myntra about pick up but no one turns up and evening I get an SMS, that customer not reachable and hence pick up failed.
Next day this happened again and maximum attempt to pick up was fine. And no update from myntra since then, everyday they ask Me to wait 34 - 48 hours and no resolution for pick up . My money is blocked with myntra and I'm suffered for their mistake.
Sending me a wrong product and nit ready to accept the return and tefund.
