Hi team,

This is to inform you guys that I for the first time regret a product of myntra that too which I have ordered for a special occasion.

I have ordered a mast and harbour blazer for my fiance on a special occasion and I have got a damaged piece which was delivered on 28/7/2016.

I have opted for return policy on 28/07/2016, the executive comes to my place on 05/08/2016 and says that he kept my status on hold.

I have planned something special for a occasion, sincere request to MYNTRA team to please look into my issue and do needful ASAP.

I recieved a damaged eyeshadow palette today. One pan is empty and I am so much disappointed by it. Someone suggest what can I do?

I have order "ZAPATOZ Women Grey Solid Mid-Top Heeled Boots" pertaining to the order number 115350835360940592803. But i receive damaged piece which was delivered on 6/10/2020 and i opted for exchange policy, executive came to my place on 7/10/2020 and said he cannot exchange it and put my status on hold

Received a damaged product.. And return is on hold.. What I do now.. Plz help.
Shoes that received are stained. Agent suggested to get request for return pre-approved, how am I supposed to do that?

I have order a ether t shirt and received the damage product when I call customer service they said will get it exchange but later I got message say that ( We regret to inform you that your claim for the return of the product cannot be accommodated as the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check.) This is not acceptable I had paid money for and can't use the damaged product,

Raising this complaint as Myntra did not resolve my issue and closed my complaint stating cannot do anything. Which is not acceptable. My issue is genuine and I have received damaged product of Bluetooth speak, the mesh of the speaker is almost coming out. Inside packing was horrible not bubble rap. Outside pack was ok. After receiving the damaged product I immediately raised complaint and asked for pics, which I did but after asking and update for multiple times they said cannot do anything and close my case. Which is not acceptable, why would someone complaint for nothing. I don't have time for that. All I want is resolution.
