Hi, i ordered this dress from myntra on 13th feb 2023 and requested a return of product on 28th feb 2023 as it had 30 days return policy and i was out of town due to some office work.
The dress came dirty and looked used also the quality was not according to the price which was 4000 approx.

The executive came for return on 2nd march 2023 and took the product as all the tags and packaging was there.
After few hours i got this message of return on hold amd quality check not passed. I want my full refund as i am a regular customer of myntra also i have insider elite tag on my profile. So why are they doing this with me now. I want my money back. Please help me with that.
