Myntra delievery agent picked my return order on 30 April 2023 and on the same day I received sms and email as my return order is rejected after pickup.
Then I have created complaint over Myntra site.
Now today it’s almost completed 11 days still there is no resolution on my issue. Its really frustrating now, on daily basis I am contacting myntra customer care number and I am getting the same answer/script from every agent as it will get resolve within 24 hrs. Really I feel its very bad experience which I am facing very first time with some shopping site. Need to improve customer care service of Myntra site.
Really it’s my last shopping from Myntra site and I will never ever use this app in future bacause of this bad experience. Was this information helpful? |
