Myntra.com — Return pickup rejected because the label on the shoe box had a different price tag, but it came in that box

The box in which my shoes came had a different price tag (and it was cut by pen), presumably the box was for a different shoe. However, the bill invoice inside it was of my shoe. Everything is in proper shape with original bills intact. Still my pickup was rejected because the box it came in was of a different shoe.
I am attaching a picture of the box. The details on it were cut before it was delivered to me.
