I had ordered a jeans (Purple feather women blue skinny fit high-rise clean look jeans) on 13th september from myntra. It arrived early (15th sept). I tried the jeans out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day but due some misunderstanding it did not happen until 17th. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

I have ordered Flying Machine Men Black and Grey Colourblocked Puffer Jacket from Myntra, on 25/04/2022 I have received it but I didn't like the product so within a day I have placed the return request with
items covered properly. The delivery boy name Biswajeet picked the order from my home and he himself open it and checked the item at that time. I don't know how he covered it, so it is showing Return is on hold quality check failed.
It had all the tags in it as I have not used that product, and also at the same day of delivery I returned that.
I have been a customer with Myntra so long, I have never expected this kind of fraud activity is going on in Myntra. In order to avoid giving refund to customer, they are removing the price tag from there end and blaming customer that, they have used the products.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and return my amount of rupees 3299.. be it in my source account or in myntra credit (as we are not cheaters/looters who will use the product and return it!)
This is thr new business now. They are looting people by removing tag from the products and saying tags are removed by customer. Post that they are reshipping the products and not providing refunds.
I ordered a pair of shoes from myntra and when they reached me they looked like a used product and they were small in size as well then I requested for exchange and they rejected my request and put on hold my exchange, then I talk to the customer care about this issue they said we will look into it and tell you later. Now, tell me is this my mistake that the product was already used and they are not believing me, I want my money back or an exchange!! I never experienced this before!!!😑😑😑
Hello @myntra www.myntra.com .I ordered sheet masks from "The face shop". The seller name is "Supercom net". I also ordered Rice ceramide moisturising toner of the brand "the face shop". The toner literally does not have the face shop logo, it clearly looks fake. It is a fake product. The design of the sheet masks are almost same but still there are many differences as I've used the original products before. Those are fake too. They usually sell these sheet masks with buy 3 get 3 free offer. They probably are worth 100 combined.
Now I've requested for return, it was confirmed first, then on the same day i get a mail saying

"Return rejected as it failed the quality check
The product you returned failed our quality check parameters. We will re-ship the products to you."
Funny thing was that it was never picked up, the pick up guy came next day but the mail said, it was returned, they did bs "quality check", then it failed the "tests" and they are going to reship it. Like it had been just hours since I got the products.
The pick up guy came next day but his return Id and return Id were different because the ones I got was for re ship.
I talked to their BS "customer care". They parroted the same thing. "Failed quality check" " declined" " are you still there" "rate your experience". Now, the app says return was unsuccessful it will be attempted tomorrow!!! Like what!!!?
Final conclusion. Do not buy anything, literally anything from Myntra. It's fake. Compare the original product to the picture in reviews and you will realise it's mostly fake. Most of the people don't even realise it's fake. The return service is literally 💩 it's designed in a way that you won't be able to return it. They will lie, send fake products, and will say it has passed quality checks so we won't accept it. DO NOT SHOP ON MYNTRA. I also cancelled my recent item after this experience. And I'll also be making a detailed YouTube video on this, so that these complaints are not hidden here and gets out to people trying to buy from Myntra.

I received a jeans yesterday and two black lines with marker were already there. And I placed it for an exchange but today my exchange is kept on hold as there were quality issues and the complaint I registered is also rejected. I can't keep that jeans because the size is small and Myntra too has kept exchange on hold as it's not responsible for it. So who is responsible for those stains and for the exchange.

I ordered Phillips hair straightening brush wroth 2992.But the product I received was syska hair straightener. Then I filed return request about it.
At that time it was done after somedays delivery agent came to pick up but he said that we have a complaint regarding to defective not wrong product.
After 10 days I'm facing so much problem because my return Is put on hold and I can't do anything.
I talked to their customer care and they are saying we are sorry ma'am but now nothing can be done you have to use that.
Are the customers fool or just tried to be.
I am a regular customer at myntra but this was so disappointing.
I suggest flipkart is much better in customer care support.
Plzz help it out.
