I have ordered a Marks and spencer 38” jeans but i did not like the fit. So i raised the request of return as 1 size bigger is not available. So when pickup guy came to pickup the jeans he told my parents that it is not matches the barcode no. So my father called as i was in office. I talked to the pickup person and asked him to come tomorrow as i will be at home tomorrow. But when i check the myntra app he had put my return on hold because o[censored]sed product. All this happened within 2 days of purchase. When i called the customer care she told me that she will arrange another attempt, till then everything was normal. But today the pickup guy didn’t came for pickup (another attempt) but updated in the system that the product is used and return is put on hold again.
