Hello I requested
a return on 4 August 2016 and till today its queued and they asked me to update the shipment details but there is no option available to do so.
And even the help line does not provide any information related to it.
And this 30 day return policy will end by the end of the month and what if the product is still queued till the deadline ends
As a customer i feel it's helpless in this situation.

Updated by Dudley Stewart To the same complaint I would like to add that I shipped the return already if there is no action I will lose 1800rs because of lack of customer service and feedback from the company
