I had ordered a Athena top from Myntra, I raised a return request as I wasn't satisfied with its size . The return request was accepted and I got a message saying your order will be picked today. Then around 6:02 or 6:03 PM a guy came at my door asking, if I was Muskan and said "Myntra se pickup h aapka". I brought the order and before handing it over to him I reconfirmed if he is from Myntra and he said yes. Then I gave it to him.
Then after 4-5 minutes at 6:09 I got a call from another guy saying "mam Myntra ka pickup h aapka me aapke ghar k bahar khada hu" and I told him I had already given the order to the guy before.
Now, I want to know how is it possible that another guy knew my address, my name, and that I have a "Myntra pickup". How did this information leak. I raised the query with Myntra several times and they were just closing the query saying it is resolved and that it wasn't picked up by their guy so they can't do anything. But if their guy isn't involved in all this how did the other guy knew about the entire detail about my name, address, and that it is a pick up. This is a fraud Myntra did or their delivery boy did. Why should I suffer?
And how is it resolved if I didn't get my money back, after returning the order. It was an issue from their end not mine, So I just want my money back no matter back. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
