I requested a return & refund of Reebox Shoes that were tight for me. Although the shoes were picked-up, it was returned back the next day and refund rejected stating "Used" and "Stained". This is completely false as I had only tried the shoes once, and the SEAL too is INTACT.
I CONTACTed Myntra SUPPORT mANY TIMEs and even mailed them with pics & video of shoes being intact, with no soiling or damage but received empty apologies and NO ACTION. I demanded to speak to a higher up, got through to an 'Escalation Team member' named Pinky demanding proof of the damage they claimed, but was denied it saying internal investigation couldn't be shared. ###! In fact I was to get a call from a Case Manager but nothing! Only a mail from a JayaBHARATi stating the claim was rejected and complaint closed. Reeks of disappointing service and total fraud.
Then why boast of a Return Policy in the first place? SCRAP IT Myntra!
IF you DO CONDUCT an investigation, shouldn't you share validity and proof of it? What are you hiding Myntra ...your inefficiency??
You have more trust in a pickup person who reports the product used although it hasn't, but you have NO FAITH in your own CUSTOMERs who provide you business, Myntra???
It's an UTTER SHAME and I am definitely NOT GOING to place any more orders from such a poor service provider as Myntra that earns Millions by defrauding people of their hard-earned money. ð Myntra
