[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Return Rejected -

My return request was rejected. I had only tried the dress once and all the tags are intact, and the team did not provided any other details. I refuse to believe that the product can be categorized as damaged/used. And even if done, nobody from their team can provide me the exact details and the reason they did it. They keep repeating "used" and "damaged". I want proof of the same, which I know they don't have because the product is as it is.

Also in addition to the refund and return, I would also like to escalate the inconvenience caused and unprofessionalism by the team.

Ordered a black dress from Myntra (order #[protected]-4716803) delivered on Nov 7, and placed a return request on Nov 8, 2020 because o[censored]ndesired fitting.

The item was picked up the next day on 9th Nov night, and later next morning I was informed that the return was put on hold (on Nov 10, 2020) and that they had created a incident for the same.

I repetitively asked for updates on the created incident that why was the return on hold, and details about "damaged product" but got no response. Instead I was asked to wait till Nov 12 for an update. But the issue was closed with no follow up and the product re shipped to my address.

Later when I requested a call back, the agent kept me on hold to check "details" and then hung up on me and the created issue was closed as well.

I tired reaching out via email (PFA snapshot) but they aren't attending mails, or so I was informed.

Today the product was re shipped to me and I requested another call back, the agent took all details and asked for the Article Number and Bar code number of the dress and took some confirmations, then informed me that a complaint is entered and the senior level team will look into it, and that I should wait till 19 Nov for an update and not request another return/exchange request. But after the call ended, I see no email update or a new complaint logged after the customer care call.

I don't think anybody has any details about quality check, and they are simply avoiding it.

Please help.

My return request was rejected. I had received the used and cheap product and all the tags are intact, and the team did not provided any other details. I refuse to believe that the product can be categorized as damaged/used. And even if done, nobody from their team can provide me the exact details and the reason they did it. They keep repeating "used" and "damaged". I am attaching proof that I have received the false product.I didn't expected from Myntra that Myntra would do this and not refund my money.

Hi its been almost a month that I am chasing your team for 1 exchange these guys are making fool of the customer everyday they are arranging a call from supervisor and third time today when I only have called again they said the same thing, you are a technology organization I have been given an excuse that just because you guys are working from home there is delay, I am tired making your team understand that the product is unused also the product is not my size than if it's an incorrect size how I can wear that with the tag intact, I have attached the image of product for your reference. I ordered adidas orignals shoes parcel was delivered next day but the product received was wrong .. i return was initiated but later mu return was rejected & no refund was initiated… this is ridiculous i am very disappointed ..

Myntra has rejected my return request claiming that the brand tag was missing from the product and had failed at quality check but no delivery agent came to pick my return so that can't possible and tried to seek help from the myntra help center but didn't get any help. This is so unprofessional and waste of time and money, I want my refund as soon as possible. I'm sure that I don't wanna do this online shopping thing again on myntra, this is unacceptable

I ordered puma shoes on 10th of may 2023 and i recieved them on 12th may, i opened that and tried shoes, its not fit to me, shoes are bigger in size so raise return request within 10-15min. Then, after a hours they pick-up shoes, they in evening i received a massage that your order is on hold, i talk to customer support, "they said your issue is resolved in 2 days, but after some time i recieved another massage that my return request is cancelled. And they are mentioning the reason that the product is issued, how can i use the product which even not fit to me??? Now they will reship my order, what can do now ? This is so disappointing Myntra.

Ordered a Black baggy fit jeans from Myntra delivered on May 15, and placed a return request on May 15 2023 right after because o[censored]ndesired fitting.

The item was picked up the next day on 16 may evening, and later next morning I was informed that the return was put on hold (on May 16, 2023) and that they had created a incident for the same.
And now they are saying item will be return back . Please resolve this problem and make refund back
