Myntra.com — Return rejected due to id mismatch and no response to repeated complaints | |
I ordered 3 T shirts of the brand H&M and found that the fit was wrong. I put in a return request for all three and their delivery partner Ekart sent someone over to pickup the items. He rejected all 3 saying that the product id does not match on any of them. I hadn't even taken the t shirts out of the packet and all tags were intact. The delivery agent said that this is a regular issue with Myntra products and that they make the return process hell for the customer. 10 days later, I found out exactly how bad the issue was. After no less than 5 phone calls to their customer care, 5 requests for callbacks after escalation to the senior support team, I am still stuck with no callbacks from them and no resolution. On top of this, they keep automatically marking my issue resolved on the app and site without contacting me in any way. The order numbers is Order ID # 1160603 [protected] I even sent them all the images of the products and their tags when they wanted it. This is a company that just does not care about the customer.
