I ordered puma shoes on 10th of may 2023 and i recieved them on 12th may, i opened that and tried shoes, its not fit to me, shoes are bigger in size so raise return request within 10-15min. Then, after a hours they pick-up shoes, they in evening i received a massage that your order is on hold, i talk to customer support, "they said your issue is resolved in 2 days, but after some time i recieved another massage that my return request is cancelled. And they are mentioning the reason that the product is issued, how can i use the product which even not fit to me??? Now they will reship my order, what can do now ? This is so disappointing Myntra.
