I order 4 tshirts, 2 track pants, and 1 running shoes on 15/04/23. Got the delivery next day. Didnt like a particular Tshirt and raised a request for refund within 30 mins of delivery of product. To my utter surprise, after the pickup today I got the message that the product failed to meet quality checks!!
When I myself had put the tshirt(it was the cheapest amongst all) in the bag and handed over to delivery guy then how the hell did it says the tags are missing?
The company is a fraud along with its delivery partners. In my assumption, after the customer has handed over the product, the delivery partner might himself remove the tag in order to make some extra buck as he would be taking the orders again from warehouse to customer's place!
