I recently ordered a Roadster Navy Blue Polo collar T-shirt. Unfortunately, the size of the T-shirt is not suitable, prompting me to request an exchange.
Initially, the system indicated that the product exchange would be processed by the 9th-10th of October. However, to my dismay, the exchange has been canceled without any apparent reason. Furthermore, the system is now stating that the time period for returning the product has expired, which seems contradictory given the delayed exchange process.
I am left with an oversized T-shirt and no means to return or exchange it. Really disappointed. I want the tshirt to be exchanged and if that is not possible then I would like to return it.
