Myntra.com — rude and mannerless behaviour of myntra

Have ordered 4 chennai silk saree, the quality was very bad. When i called myntra i asked for a compensation for the wait time and the quality and the mental stress i had to go thru. I ordered for my mother's birthday, however i couldn't use the product as it was not good and customer service response and managers mr amit, pranav, salman were not good and they were abusing me. The product was not original and myntra s not taking responsibility for that. I asked for compensation but they gave only 1000 rs coupon even that am not able to use. When i used it gave only 95rs discount (File attached). Need a compensation of 1 lakh rupees from them for the mental stress they gave me on call for 3hrs and for duplicate product that have given me, time taken.
