Hello Team,
This with regards to the subjected order
[protected]-7341703 which was placed on 15 August 2018, from your app . The ETA for the delivery of my order was 21 August 2018.
Unfortunately I have not received the product despite multiple follow up.
As per my conversation with your rep I was been told that the delivery is going to be as per ETA, things would be sorted by 25 August 2018.
Guess what !!! Last night my order was cancelled because " Myntra did not want to deliver the product to me which does not qualify quality check" .
Again does Myntra have Authorization to cancel customer orders as they like without notifying ??? I am really interested to know.
Secondly does Myntra actually do a quality check 6 days later we place the order ?
This is very poor service, i would really want to uninstall your app and move on ..
Finally I decided to place the order through Flipkart, and thanks to their wonderful service I am receiving my product in just a day " completing quality check in a day ".
Again in just a "single day "
Again my only concern is why am I not been informed despite me proactively following up with you that eventually Myntra cannot deliver the product that they have it under their own app.
