Myntra.com — Skybags , Complaint about the product exchange and received the wrong product during exchange

There was a issue about my bag which I ordered from myntra and when I received it I got defective product. An when I have given for exchange then the product which the delivery man was given it was teared and very dirty and old bag . An for this small product I Have to take soo much headache for which I am mentally harrised .
So, I want you to take serious action about it . An do something about it .
