Myntra.com — T shirts exchanged with new t shirt paid extra

As I placed order of T shirts pack of 2, it was delivered on 27.07.21, I feel the quality of t shirt is not good so I placed exchange and order for higher quality t-shirt with additional payment of rs 496.40, after payment it didn't reflect in the exchange, this happened twice is. 496.4x2 = 992.8 paid still it didn't reflect in the orders, it shows only, exchange not confirmed and not visible the new paid order.
Pls refund rs 496.2 and exchange the new order. Order no 1179110 [protected]
