Timeline of Events:
1. 28th September 2025: My order was shipped from Myntra’s hub in Bengaluru and marked as “Received at MyntraMH_HSK.”
2. 29th September 2025: Tracking shows the order expected at Motherhub_RAC Ranchi. However, no delivery was made, and the order status did not update for the entire day.
3. 29th–30th September 2025: I contacted Myntra customer care 10+ times via phone, email, and chat, but received only repetitive responses asking me to “wait for updates.”
4. 30th September 2025: Even after 2 days, my order is still stuck in the same status with no delivery or proper explanation from Myntra.
Customer Care Response:
I received automatic emails and standard messages, with no action taken.
Customer support ignored my repeated requests for urgent delivery.
I am yet to receive my product, despite following all required procedures and paying the full amount in advance.
Impact on Me:
I had urgent need for the product.
Wasting time and effort repeatedly contacting customer support.
Mental stress and inconvenience caused by Myntra’s negligence.
Request:
I request the Consumer Helpline to take strict action against Myntra for:
1. Failure to deliver the product within the promised timeline.
2. Repeated negligence and unresponsiveness of customer support.
3. Compensation for inconvenience and harassment.
I am attaching all emails, screenshots of chats, and tracking details for your reference.
