I had ordered online on myntra for Taavi women blue woven legacylegacy A-line midi off shoulder sustainable dress with shoulder straps.They had delivered on my address on 27.07.2021 and the same day i processed for return the items online due to the poor fabric. They had delivered the item at my address and now for return they are saying self ship means i have to ship to myntra return processing centre after that refund will be processed. This is totally wrong, if you are delivering at door then return should be also from door. They are saying pick up facility is not there, if not then why delivered at door.

My request is please collect the delivered item from my door and refund the amount immediately.
