I had placed an order on 24th June for exchange of 'Shoetopia Women Cream Coloured Wedges' since the shoes did not fit me. I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. The details of the order are mentioned below:

Order No.:[protected]-1750401
The order was supposed to be delivered on 3rd July but has not been delivered as yet. I can't even cancel the order since it has been shipped to the delivery center ANDHERI (AND)-DC.

Also, no pick up has been arranged for the shoes of smaller size (Return No:[protected]

On 11th June I was placing an order, my order got decline but amount was debited from my bank account.
Its been more than 20 days now I have not received my amount back. I am Myntra they are saying check with bank and bank is saying check with Myntra. I am fed up trying calling them and raising request via Myntra app.
