Myntra.com — The product not delivered and the cancel option is not available I have already paid the money

I had ordered a noise airpod mini on 25th February 2022 and somehow due to some tenchnical glitches my number was wrongly sent to the logistics and because of it I could not take my order even though the delivery was at the door and and i could not receive the otp as a wrong number was given by the Myntra support team and now when I want to cancel the order I am not being able to cancel it as the option is not available and my 999rs is stuck and the customer support is of no use I called them 5 times and due to so much of loopholes they aren’t helping me
