Myntra.com — The return request for a new Levis jeans was cancelled on the false ground of quality check

I received a brand new product from Myntra. But due to price fluctuations, I placed a new order and placed a return request for previous order. The order was picked up by the delivery boy after proper investigation. At evening I got an update that product failed to pass the quality check and the product was returned to me the next day. I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT THE PRODUCT WAS NEVER USED. ALL THE BRANDING AND LABELLING OF THE JEANS WAS INTACT AS IT WAS. EVEN THE FACTORY SMELL OF NEW CLOTH IS STILL COMING FROM IT. I am sharing the photos of the jeans I’m still having.
