I have order 10+ items during big billion days sale from myntra on 16-21 oct, 2020 and the delivery was expected on 26 Nov. The order has reached the nearest warehouse itself, Delivery has delivered four items rest item was expected to deliver in coming days. On 23rd Nov, midnight, i have received a message, that due to some internal issues the order was cancelled. When i called the customer care, they told that the product was lost. They said to order the product again but on higher price. They are not providing any compensation and not any solution. Is this my fault paying the amount in advance and not receiving items.I could see from the tracking details that the order has reached the nearest warehouse and it was taken back by myntra. Also i could clearly see in the myntra site that the product is still available but not at the previous discount price but at a higher price. Please provide my product as it is still available.how my jeans, shirt, shoes, suit get lost in one go?these all are from different seller.
