Myntra.com — they have sent wrong products now neglecting me | |||
Hello team, I have purchased one product (Color cocktail-multicoloured printed open front shrug) from myntra (Myntra.com) on 30-nov-2018, they have send me wrong product (Issue is: design & color totally diferent, that means their seller send me wrong product with cleverness). Now, i have raised return request & its placed also. Complaint reference number [incident: in[protected]] on 7-nov-2018 & they assure me that it will take 24 hours. But after 24 hours, i have called their team several times (There are no toll free numbers, its cutting so many call charges from me) & theit team neglecting every time by showing system issue at their end. I have all call records for all. Also i have emailed them so many times, but never resopond a single. I have wasted my valuable times. Now i need full refund & compensation as well asap Kindly help me for this kind of fraud activities at myntra end!
