I have ordered Tommy Hilfiger watch &allen solly bag from Myntra . I received the parcel on 5 october 2021. I had already made the payment before receiving the parcel. When I saw the parcel it was torn from one side and was sealed with white tape. So I opened the parcel in front of the delivery agent. I only got 1 product inside the package and tommy hilfiger watch was missing. So I immediately filed a complaint to Myntra customer care executive and I was assured for proper redressal in 3 days. 3 days later I receive an email stating that my claim has been denied and that I will not get any refund. I have taken photo as a proof of the parcel and also have an eye witness delivery agent.
I want either missing item to be delivered or refund for the Product amount..
If i don not get my product or refund I will sue Myntra till consumer court Was this information helpful? |
