On 02.09.23 I ordered a trouser through your platform, and upon its arrival, I was sent the wrong size. Naturally, I initiated an exchange process immediately. Little did I know that this would be the start of an extremely frustrating ordeal.
It took an entire month for Myntra to process the exchange, during which I had to call your customer service a total of 15 times to inquire about the status. At the end of this prolonged wait, to my utter disbelief, Myntra simply canceled the exchange without any reasonable explanation. This was not only highly inconvenient but also a significant waste of my time and effort.
Now, I am stuck with a product that is of no use to me, and despite my attempts to reason with your customer service team, they have offered no solution for the situation. I am unable to use the product, and when I requested a return, it was denied.
This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with Myntra's service and the way this situation has been handled. I trusted Myntra as a reliable online shopping platform, but this incident has severely eroded my confidence in your company.
I am reaching out with the hope that you will take immediate and effective steps to resolve this issue, either by processing the exchange or arranging a return and refund for the product. I kindly request a prompt response and a solution to this matter.
