Myntra.com — Two Go colors product return and refund issue

Go Colors Olive Green Tapered Chinos Trousers
First return request placed on 26th April 2023, even after so many complaints product has not been picked up, no delivery agent called me or messaged me. Myntra agents always put the complaint on highest priority and generate a return within 7 days. After 7 days, I just get a mail which clearly says your return cancelled from courier. This happened multiple times till now. And also, refund was not provided.

Go Colors Olive Green solid relaxed fit solid parallel Trousers
First return request placed on 17th June 2023, still the product has not been picked up. The issue is same as the other complaint.

I want complete refund off both the products.
