Myntra.com — unable to return an item because mistakenly collected the points | |||
I want to return an item which i have just received. I am unable to return it now because i have mistakenly collected the points. There was no warning before collecting it. I want to return the product as i have got size issue and couldn't wear it anymore. Myntra should have the facility to return an item even after collecting points or should have the option to uncollect the points. Now i want to return the item. Please cooperate as soon as possible. I have placed a order of a T-shirt on September. after receving the product I found the Item is too large for me so I placed an Exchange order on 22September. and the Expected delivery date is 28September. Its been 2days I haven't receive any email or message any from their site. they are even reciving my calls.

After the payment was successful, i was informed that the product would be delivered by the 4th of OCT. I didn't receive any updates after that.
