I have a very old Myntra account which I created with Google account without phone number. I have some Myntra credit which I got through some product refund. Now, when I was placing a new order using Myntra Credit, they are sending some OTP which is mentioned, it will be send on registered email address but it shows 'Failed to send OTP'.
When I contacted the customer support, they told me that your mobile number is not registered with your account that's why you are not receiving the OTP. She registered a incident to add my phone number to
my account and asked me to send Govt. ID proof and phone number to be added on [protected]@myntra.com. I shared all the required details but my issue is not yet resolved. It has been 5 days and there is no progress on that issue. I am following up them on that support ticket and they are again and again asking to share the details every time and no other details are provided about the issue progress.
My question is when we can't use the Myntra credit with Phone number then why they are allowing to refund the money in Myntra credit. This is a complete scam.
No, I am so much frustrated that I am not able use my Money which they kept in Mynra credit on the name of wallet and easy usage. Was this information helpful? |
