Myntra.com — unclear policy - fair usage policy and cheating out of money

I lately shopped a lot on Myntra and decided to try newer brands which i have never used previously. Products not liked were returned in condition as they arrived, mostly on the same day.
Now these guys are changing some Platform Handling Fee against the Fair user policy for returning products i didnt like.
A. Its false advertising when you call yourself as Hassle Free Return when you will charge people money for returning goods.
B. No where you policy says what is the limit of returning goods, be it product numbers or value of products, beyond which this fee will be levied. How to expect a customer to know to what extent they can experiment.
C. What is the guarantee you as a platform are providing with respect to color, size and quality of the products of newer brands. Your own disclaimer states the product may be different owing to lighting conditions. Basically, you luring customers to try new brands and taxing them for not liking it and returning it.
D. Is this the process you want to follow for your customers to try and like new brands. If you cant handle the experimental nature of your customers what is the point of promoting new brands in first place.
E. All goods ordered from my end were prepaid and none was COD or any other option. Please explain it to me with no intention of cheating and returning things as it is, how did i abuse your 'liberal return policy', when the goods you sent were crapy in first place.
F. In one of my previous orders, i by mistake ending up sending my money to your credit account rather than the original source. I was being assured you guys are safe. Well, if you levy changes without my consent on my money, you are stealing my money and my money is NOT SAFE.
G. Train your staff for more than just repeating "this is the policy". I cant read your unclear, ambiguous and fraud policies on my own. I am calling your staff for resolution. Which is either you give me my money back, which i am entitled to and not forced to purchase stuff from your platform. Or, lift such fraud charges like Platform Handling Fees which i wasn't made aware of.

I am extremely disappointed and feeling cheated due to your policies. Never wanting to buy from your platform ever again.

Same problem happening vd me.. I tried first time other brands... The products which is not fitting me, I returned... Which fitted I kept... But now myntra charging me platform handling fee.. Which is not policy

I have been shopping from Myntra for over 4 years now and the amount of shopping I've done from them is a lot in a way that people around me thought I was paid to shop from there or was getting free stuff.
The items I returned were pretty less compared to the stuff I kept and the returns were due to bad quality or bad fit. All these years, things were fine until recently when they started charging a Platform Handling Fee. As you said, it really doesn't make sense. It has now become hard to try out new fashion. Or else, they should charge a smaller amount or return that fee if we keep those products.

This is utterly ridiculous and I am now hesistant to shop from Myntra now.
same with me... bcuz i am skinnier than most girls.. their products..whether it be their XS size or XXS size.. they dont fit me!!
i had to return so many things that i loved bcuz of size issues...
-n then there r many purchases where the original product looks nothing like the images they display.. they photoshop their images to look better than they actually r... but thats not myntra's responsibility.. is it? :-/
-many times the quality is so cheap for even popular brands like mango.. that they seem like cheap imitations of the original product.. but even that isnt myntra's responsiility!!
-sometimes i receive defective products with no exchange available cuz the product has run out of stock.. so i hv no choice but to return them.. n even for that myntra isnt responsible
-sometimes certain styles dont suit me... n many other reasons i hv no other choice but to return.

Myntra is not responsible for any error on their side... for everything they lay the blame on the customer.. n impose this fair usage policy ..n charge extra fees n take away other benefits from us!!!

n not just me.. but on every account from my IP address.. so if any other member from my family has an account there.. they suffer the same way.. d policy gets imposed on them too!!!

n its so irritating to talk to their customer care.. who offer no solutions.. but just keep repeating the same thing that this is the policy just like u said
Same with me. I hv bn shopping from myntra from last 4 years
Whatever I return, that is due to their cheap quality of some brands or sizing issues
Otherwise my purchase is pretty good from this app
Now they r charging platform handling for the compensation for the goods which I hv returned earlier
This is ridiculous on their part
I m very much hesitant to shop from this app now
