Myntra.com — unclear return policy | |||
I am a premium myntra costumer who shops at least about 1lakh worth products from myntra every year. Last month i bought an innerwear product. Before buying i checked on the product page if it has return available. It said 30 days return available. After receiving the product, i did not like it as the product did not match its description. I placed a return request. For close to a month nobody picked the product up. When i called myntra customer care, they mentioned that the product needs to be self-shipped. (Please note, all this while i was not informed about it). I argued with them saying it is not mentioned anywhere on the page. That is when they say i should have checked the faqs where it is written. This is awful as one cannot go through all the policies before buying products. If it was different policy for that particular type of product they should mention it under that page itself. Customer care refused to even transfer my call further to its supervisor as they thought my concern was not genuine. They clearly said if i argue for next 20 mins also they wont transfer the call.
