Myntra.com — undelivered product was claimed to be delivered

On 21st june i placed order for ten numbers of items on myntr.com. The order no was[protected]-3822403. I paid using my credit card online. I was informed that two of my orders viz wet n wild caramel toffee megaglo contouring palette e7501 and dressberry women maroon analogue watch mfb-pn-snt-c30-1 would be delivered by 4th july. But i received only the contour palette (In a totally damaged state and it has no return policy) not the watch. But the tax invoice for both the products were inside the package bag. They have sent delivery confirmation text message regarding the palette only. But when i checked my account's order details for the watch it showed delivered. Please take action regarding this.
