[Resolved] Myntra.com — unethical behavior/myntra support phone line # [protected] and by delivery executive | |||||
Myntra reference number-in[protected] [incident: in[protected]] Order # :[protected]-8243003 Date : 7th dec 2018 I have 2 complaints. First: i need to know the escalation matrix with myntra for customer helpline, how a customer can reach the managers to provide a feedback/complaint. Today, i was made to hold the line for 10 mins and then myntra executive disconnects the line. I called second time and was transferred to ms. Ekta a supervisor at myntra customer help desk. When i was asking her certain questions/query about my concerns with myntra services, she did not provide exact information or correct answers to queries and acted very unprofessional and and disconnected the call on my face when i was asking a call back from manager for an explanation. Is this acceptable? I see this is a growing problem in india now, as e-commerce companies like myntra are treating their customer very unprofessionally. I strongly believe there should be some govt. Authority to monitor their agreed level of services/promotional ads/customer satisfaction norms with their end customers and not treat them in a way which is not acceptable. Also, why is myntra support not transparent and hesitate to register a case and prevent customers from reaching higher management in case of genuine complaints. Managers at myntra are either not bothered how operations are happening in my area and within myntra, which is below standard and not as on agreed terms with their customer. They are never available for a call back or discussion with customer. They are not monitoring how customer support is functioning. Let me tell folks and management at myntra, no one gives you the authority to treat your customers unprofessionally and not on agreed business level which is falsely advertise/promoted but is missing! Second: the delivery executive updated falsely. I was told by the delivery executive that he will come for delivery by 3 pm over phone and asked me to be available. Later i got a message around 4 pm that it could not be delivered. Point here is not that i didnt get the product, but i was falsely made to wait or lied and committed over the call by myntra delivery executive. Dec 9, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved This is falsely update here by Myntra.com, They have never tried to reach me, they cancelled the order without any delivery attempts. I was told manager will call me in next 24 hours it never happened. Basically nothing was done except closing this complaint without action. Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
